I have been paleo and also recently d...Interesting! I have been paleo and also recently decided to go with the autoimmune protocol for the month of May. No eggs, nuts, fruit, sugar, nightshades.. etc. I decided to to AI protocol because I have chronic fatigue syndrome. Also, I've added in sauerkraut and probiotics and some herbs to get rid of a yeast overgrowth. I haven't noticed the change I was hoping for because I think my body is detoxing. But I did notice that eczema has gotten better. Still have headaches, fatigue and sore throat.
